Setelah membaca semua kebarangkalian, saya rasa mungkin ada perubahan pada setting kot. So saya cuba method yang pertama, seperti di bawah. Dan ternyata, selepas restart, tadaaaa!!! Fail PDF dah boleh bukak macam biasa.

Method 1: Turn Off Protected Mode to Fix PDF Files Won't Open

By default, Adobe Reader's Protected Mode is enabled to add more security against PDF files that are considered malicious. That's great, but sometimes, it can be buggy, causing PDF files to not launch in the software. All you need to do to fix PDF files that won't open this way is to disable Protected Mode.

1. Launch your Adobe Reader, and go to the Edit menu.
2. Click on Preferences, and then proceed to Security.
3. There, you will see Sandbox Protection, not necessarily an option with "Enable Protected Mode at Startup".
4. Finally, click on the "Yes" button to confirm your changes.

After that, restart your Adobe Reader and try opening your PDF file.

Method 3: Close Adobe Reader in Task Manager to Open PDF Files

But that won't do in the case where the Adobe Reader Process is still running in the background . What you need to do is end the task directly in the Task Manager.

1. Hover your mouse cursor over the Windows Start logo in the lower left corner of your desktop.
2. Right-click to see a list of system settings. Select "Task Manager".
3. Search for all processes with the name "Adobe".
4. When found, right-click on each of them and hit "End Task".

Once all Adobe related tasks are closed, relaunch the reader and open your PDF file and see if the problem is resolved.

Method 4: Use Password to Fix PDF File Won't Open

Well, this one is pretty simple. If the PDF file you're trying to access is password protected, the only way you can open it on Adobe or any PDF reader is by using the password they provide .

So, make sure you ask the source of the PDF file for the password, and make sure that Uppercase and Lowercase letters are considered with numbers as well. If you have downloaded a locked PDF file from the internet, it usually comes with its respective password posted on the same page-- look for it.

Method 5: Re-download if PDF File Won't Open

If there is nothing wrong with your Windows PC and Adobe Reader, the problem may be caused by a corrupted PDF file .

The fix should be easy, if you have downloaded the file from the internet. You can re-download the same PDF file and open it in Adobe Reader to see if it is readable. If not, there may be an error in the source of the PDF file.

Another example, if you have copied a PDF file that won't open from another storage device. Try deleting it, and copying it back . Then, open it in Adobe Acrobat.

Method 6: Uninstall and Reinstall to Fix Adobe Reader Not Opening

Sometimes, the reason why you can't open any PDF file is because you can't open or launch Adobe Reader. This could be due to an error during installation. You just need to uninstall and reinstall the software to fix it.

1. Launch Control Panel. You can search for it in the Windows search bar.
2. There, select Programs and proceed to Programs and Features .
3. Find the Adobe Acrobat DC name and icon on the list.
4. Left click on it and press "Uninstall". Then, accept all confirmations to uninstall.

Wait a few seconds and your Adobe Reader should be uninstalled. Now, you can reinstall the software from the official website .

Method 7: Perform a Windows Repair to Fix PDF Files Won't Open

Last method ni, better tak payahla. Haha. Dah terlalu teknikal. Better panggil jer mereka yang lebih arif untuk tolong apa yang patut.
